Chang Han Kim was born and raised in South Korea. His life experiences and curious nature brought about in him a fascination with other countries, cultures, communication and art. He believes there is universality in art and that different cultures are similar with regard to their search for meaning and beauty.

Throughout his career,  Chang Han has usually made nature the major subject of his paintings.

Most of his works involved outdoor sketching and painting. 

His Art has been both exhibited and collected around the globe and being a 'Perpetual student' of art and culture makes him an effective teacher as well. When it come to activating an interest in learning about culture and art, his enthusiasm is infectious, to both students and anyone he meets alone his art journey.
